Point of difference for Pukka refers to product's factor to establish the difference between Pukka and other competitors. This difference could increasing customer benefit and brand loyalty. The difference could not be too different between one and other company. The excessive differentiation could causing the product loose the customer because it would be too far from the company in the same industry standards.
