Brand Communication affects the company 's stakeholders. Stakeholders include staff , clients, investors and sponsors as they are most integratedly attached to the company and it is the management's primary duty to connect with them on a regular basis about the company 's activities and important issues. It serves as the brand's voice, which enhances the long-term relationship with the stakeholders.


Brand Communication is one of the main brand management and strategy practices, and a purposeful and healthy conversation with stakeholders is crucial. It is one of the advertising tools and strategies that the brand has chosen to influence consumers about the brand, the business as a whole and its goods and services offerings.


Pukka only use Instagram as their brand communication. Pukka shares their brand value which is to bring something authentic in their every design. Pukka also use instagram to shows the customer about their product such as catalogue and whats the meaning behind every design and product. They use Instagram to gain interest from customer by always post about their project and unique stories and authentic design in every product design


Often the fashion is comparable, or even the same. Since clothing is no longer a primary need, it is effectively more or less saturated with demand. Competition and expense pressures are rising, while innovation times and product life cycles are becoming shorter and consumers are becoming more demanding. Because of these challenges, achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and differentiating from competitive brands is critical for a brand. Qualified strategies in marketing are therefore needed. Addressing customers in an individual, sophisticated way is important.


Brand communication has to profile the distribution and delimit it to the competitors' products. Given that the objective and practical benefits of products become less relevant, an emotional brand experience needs to be built up for a brand. To connect the target customer to the brand in the long term, this has to be implemented strategically.


Comparing to other competitors, Pukka only has a narrow brand communication that couldn't reach many other potential customers. Other brands use exhibition and other event for their brand communication. They deliver their value in many ways. Pukka could had a chance by just using Instagram but only if they maximizing Instagram tools. such as Advertising, Endorse, and any other social media marketing tools.
