Pukka is a local fashion brand in Bandung that focused on outerwear. Pukka means authentic. The owners wants to share the value that everyone always have a chance to try and inspire through anything. The design in every single pieces has their own authenticity that has never been copied of copying other brand design.
Below is my competitor analysis for Pukka. I choose to analyse the competitor first because identifying and evaluating competitors for me are the most essential part of Pukka marketing plan and Branding. By finding and comparing other competitors, the information should be used to improve company's efforts and take the advantage.

Based from competitor analysis above, Pukka were leading at their marketing channel. They have several consignment store based on online and offline. All of their consignment store were known as a big consignment store in some city such as Bandung, and Makassar.
Pukka also has middle price for their product. The authentic design in every product are used as the unique selling point of Pukka. Pukka outerwear's design mostly were a Kimono outer that has been so mainstream in two years lately.
Based from my research, Pukka already has a good branding in front of their target audiences. The problem is their marketing strategy for sales are not strong enough yet. they focus on their value and brand position but the marketing sales and awareness are not strong enough yet.
